ABOUT US
Learn about the pastors who lead Missio Collective and the shared convictions that shape their work together.

WHY WE EXIST
We exist to help churches partner strategically in the work of planting new local churches and raising up the leaders who will serve them. Missio Collective provides a shared framework where churches can contribute to and draw from a common pool of wisdom, best practices, and ministry-tested resources.
Rather than each church reinventing the wheel, Missio Collective creates space for churches to learn from one another; sharing what has been built, what has been learned, and what has proven fruitful. This allows churches to plant more effectively, steward resources more wisely, and prepare future church planters and leaders more intentionally.

FOR THE LOCAL CHURCH
Missio Collective exists to serve the local church, not to govern it. We hold firmly to the conviction that Christ has entrusted the authority and leadership of His Church to local pastors and elders.
This network exercises no authority over member churches. Instead, we come alongside to support, encourage, and strengthen churches as they pursue the work of planting new congregations, raising up leaders, and shepherding their people. Our partnerships are built on mutual trust, shared conviction, and voluntary cooperation for the sake of the gospel.
THE MISSIO TEAM
Missio Collective is led by pastors and church leaders from across our network, representing a variety of local church contexts. Together, they bring shared theological conviction and diverse experience to guide the work of planting churches and strengthening leaders.
In addition to our board, trusted trustees from our local churches provide wisdom, accountability, and counsel. This shared leadership reflects our commitment to faithful oversight, mutual trust, and stewardship of the mission we pursue together.
